Fashion designer Samantha Pleet has created a special line for Urban Outfitters called Rapscallion, featuring "button-downed jumpers, feminized tuxedo shirts and military-esque jackets and capes". This fashion shoot for Coutorture is so fun...The brief must've been something like, "1940s girl gang meets preppy boarding school". I love how they're all loitering, like they're waiting for a brawl over a luxury handbag to start.
